Dandelion Vineyards is the venture of Zar and Elena Brooks, with wines made from across South Australia. This is a superb example of Riesling from the cooler Adelaide Hills sub-region produced from a vineyard planted in 1910. Bright, vibrant and juicy, with huge waves of intense citrus and tropical fruits, underpinned by subtly chalky minerality and zesty acidity. The perfect wine to serve alongside fresh seafood.
