Delamain Pleiade Revelation Early Landed 1999 is a vintage Cognac produced by Delamain in Jarnac, France. Founded by James Delamain in 1759, Delamain is one of the oldest houses in Cognac. It sources brandy from partner distillers in the top-rated Grande Champagne zone to mature for an extended period of time. La Pléiade de Delamain Cognacs are produced from single barrels personally selected by the Cellar Master, Dominique Touteau, from Delamain`s historic cellars. These eaux-de-vie come from a single harvest or a single vineyard. The Pleiade Revelation Early Landed 1999 is part of a limited series of three Cognacs defined according to the length of ageing. Revelation, Plenitude and Apogee. The Révélation is produced from very old Cognacs, with several decades of ageing in oak barrels required to reveal their unique personality. Producer note. "Nose. finesse and freshness with fruity notes of citrus fruit, lychee and peach with hints of almond and sweet cocoa. PALATE. long and supple with aromas of fig, blackberry, subtly enhanced by cedar wood."
