It sources brandy from partner distillers in the top-rated Grande Champagne zone to mature for an extended period of time. La Pléiade de Delamain Cognacs are produced from single barrels personally selected by the Cellar Master, Dominique Touteau, from Delamain`s historic cellars. These eaux-de-vie come from a single harvest or a single vineyard – in this case the vineyard of Ambleville, a Cognac premier cru located in the south of the Grande Champagne region.
