D`Esclans Rock Angel Rose 600cl 2021

Château D`Esclans Rock Angel Rosé 2021 is a pale rosé wine produced in the Provence region of southern France. Best known for its flagship Whispering Angel rosé, Château d’Esclans is located on a high plateau north-east of St Tropez in the heart of Provence. The principal grape variety grown on the estate is Grenache, much of it more than 50 years of age. In addition there is the white Vermentino and reds Merlot, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Tibouren. Partially barrel-fermented in large oak barrels and made from Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino, Rock Angel is a structured, gastronomic Provence rosé with pronounced minerality. Perfectly enjoyable chilled on its own, it would also complement a host of light fish, white meat and salad dishes.
