A truly special release from Dictador. Platinum is crafted with virgin sugar cane honey, it diverges from the traditional copper distillation process, opting for a stainless-steel alembic still. The Colombian rum is subsequently matured in ex-sherry and ex-Port barrels, with some undergoing re-charring, resulting in a richly flavoured rum boasting plenty of oak flavours.
