Plénitude 2 is the second life of Dom Pérignon, which sees close to 15 years of slow transformation in the cellars. On the nose, citrusy notes of pink grapefruit and blood oranges gently cede to figs. The additional time on the lees elevates the minerality of the vintage, together with complex nuances of cocoa, mocha, roasted nuts, brioche and honey. Precise and sculptural on the palate, concluding on a long and liquorice finish.
