Dom Pérignon is the iconic champagne produced by Moët & Chandon, one of the largest champagne houses in the world. The wine is named after Dom Pierre Pérignon (1638–1715) who was a monk and cellar master at the Benedictine abbey in Hautvillers. This is a rare bottle of Dom Perignon Rosé from 1980. The fruit flavours have now transitioned into more dried and preserved fruit notes, such as dried cherries and figs. Also expect richer flavours of toasted brioche, hazelnuts, and subtle hints of spice.
