Domaine Ott was founded in 1912 by Marcel Ott, and today, it is part of the Louis Roederer Champagne house. The estate is renowned for its high-quality rosé wines, and the Etoile Rosé is one of their premium offerings. The 2021 vintage is a blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Mourvèdre, all estate grown fruit. On the nose, expect a mineral and citrus character, complemented by aromas of mango, white peach, raspberry and roasted almonds. Very intense on the palate with grapefruit zest notes leading to a long, mouth-watering finish.
