First introduced in 2019, this 14-year-old Doorly`s is a blend of pot and column still rums produced at the prestigious Foursquare distillery in Barbados. The liquid has been aged predominantly in ex-bourbon casks, followed by a final maturation period in in Madeira casks. The result is a lip-smacking rum, with notes of pastries, dark chocolate, red berries jam, raisins and oak spice.
