Drappier Quattuor is an intriguing and unusual Champagne. It is a blend of 25% Chardonnay, 25% Arbanne, 25% Petit Meslier and 25% Blanc Vrai and aged for 3 years before release. Bright and fresh with aromas of citrus, apples, honey, figs and dried white flowers. The palate is crisp and fruit-laden concluding with a long, savoury finish.
