The Niepoort Nat Cool series is a range of wines produced in 1-litre format using low-intervention techniques. Low in alcohol with an emphasis on drinkability, this wine was vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks and bottled unfiltered. Expect refreshing acidity, crunchy red fruits and dried herb notes.
