Château Du Glana 1979 (Mid-Shoulder) is a fully mature, Cabernet Sauvignon-based red wine from the St-Julien appellation of Bordeaux. Located within the Saint-Julien appellation, Château du Glana spans around 60 hectares of vineyards, predominantly featuring Cabernet Sauvignon with a smaller proportion of Merlot. This particular release is the château’s Grand Vin from the 1979 vintage, characterized by a generous yield and the production of wines that, while exhibiting harmony and balance, may not possess the longevity of the 1978 counterparts. This bottle has a mid-shoulder fill level.
