Launched in December 2021, the Sassenach Select Double Wood Reposado is a collaboration between El Tequileno and Sam Heughan, actor and founder of Sassenach Spirits. The spirit was initially matured for 24 months in American oak casks, before being finished in French oak barrels for four months. Expect notes of toasted oak, aromatic agave, sweet spices, caramel and green herbs that linger in the finish.
