Founded in 1999 by husband-and-wife team Mounir and Rotem Saouma, Lucien Le Moine is a boutique négociant based in Beaune. Almost every wine from Le Moine is premier or grand cru, and the few that are not, nonetheless aspire to that same level of quality. This release is a Fleurie from the 2015 vintage, presented here in a luxurious 3-litre bottle, Expect attractive notes of raspberry, violet and dark cherry, with gentle earthy undertones.
