Named after the oldest stone lighthouse in Japan, Hatozaki is a range of blended whiskeys produced by Kaikyo distillery, only launched in 2017. This 12-year-old expression was initially matured in American oak casks, before being finished for six months in barrels that previously held Umeshu. Expect notes of cherry blossom, stone fruits, vanilla and a touch of toffee.
