Heidi Schröck Ried Kulm 2022 is a medium-bodied, single-vineyard red wine produced from Blaufränkisch grapes in the Burgenland region of Austria. Heidi Schröck took over her family’s 10-hectare estate in 1983, in the village of Rust, Burgenland, just five miles from the Hungarian border. A 100% Blaufränkisch, Ried Kulm is a benchmark example of Burgenland’s signature variety. The 2022 was aged for 14 months in Stockinger oak foudres. Ruby red in colour, with aromas of cherries and black pepper, this wine has a vibrant and lively palate, with fine grained tannins and a long finish.
