Henschke Cyril Henschke Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Henschke is a renowned Australian wine producer known for their rich heritage dating back to the mid-19th century. Located in the Eden Valley region of South Australia, the Henschke family has been passionately tending to their vineyards and producing wines for generations. This particular release carries the name of winemaker Cyril Henschke [1924-1979], a tribute to one of Australia’s outstanding winemaking pioneers. The wine is a composed of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc, matured in 10% new and 90% seasoned French oak hogsheads for 18 months prior to blending and bottling.
