Domaine Marc Sorrel Hermitage Blanc Les Rocoules 2020 is a full-bodied white wine produced from Marsanne grapes in the northern Rhône Valley of France. Now run by Marc`s son Guillaume, Domaine Marc Sorrel is one of the leading wine producers in the northern Rhône, with 3.5ha of old vines in Hermitage and Crozes-Hermitage. Produced from organically farmed grapes, this blend of 90% Marsanne and 10% Roussanne comes from vines planted in 1926. It is, typically for the domaine, rich and waxy, with notes of ripe pears, white peach and ginger. Mineral and textural, this is a wine with excellent cellaring potential.
