Established at the end of the 1700s, Highland Park requires no introduction for Scotch whisky drinkers. It is arguably one of the most famous distilleries and certainly one of the most remote, situated on the Orkney Island. This vintage release was distilled at Highland Park in June 1987 and bottled independently by Mackillop`s Choice in January 2019, after spending 31 years in a single bourbon cask. From a limited edition of only 194 bottles.
