Established at the end of the 1700s, Highland Park requires no introduction for Scotch whisky drinkers. It is arguably one of the most famous distilleries and certainly one of the most remote, situated on the Orkney Islands. This vintage release was distilled at Highland Park in 1988 and bottled independently by Gleann Mór in 2019, after spending 31 years in a sherry cask. Expect notes of Morello cherries, raisins, liquorice, hazelnuts and earthy spices.
