HSE Rozelieures 2013 is part of the now prestigious ‘Les Finitions Du Monde’ series. The rum was distilled in November 2013 and initially spent 6 years in oak barrels. It was then finished in Rozelieures single malt casks for at least 8 months. Expect notes of dates, blood orange, cacao nibs, a hint of pepper and just a thin layer of smoke.
