Hundred Hills Blanc de Blancs 2019

Hundred Hills Blanc de Blancs 2019 is a single-vineyard vintage sparkling wine produced from Chardonnay grapes in Oxfordshire, UK. Hundred Hills has emerged as one of the most promising quality-orientated English sparkling wine producers of recent years. Working with a commitment to sustainability with minimal interference in the winery, it produces its exemplary range of sparkling wines entirely from estate-grown fruit in the Stonor Valley close to Henley. For the 2019 Blanc de Blancs, the base wines underwent alcoholic fermentation and a full malolactic fermentation in traditional oak casks, and then were kept for 36 months on lees in bottle before disgorgement.
