An independent release from That Boutique-y Rum Company, this is their first batch of pot still rum made at Issan, in Thailand. It was produced from 100% sugarcane juice with absolutely no alterations made before fermentation. Bottled at 40% ABV, the rum reveals notes of poached pears, sweet green leaves, Nocellara olives and a sprinkle of white pepper.
