Kavalan Ex-Bourbon Oak is a NAS single malt whisky produced at the Kavalan Distillery in Taiwan. Like the Kavalan Sherry Oak, this release takes the same liquid used for Kavalan Solist releases and dilutes it to a strength of 46% using local spring water. Matured exclusively in ex-Bourbon casks in Taiwan`s sub-tropical climate, this malt displays a juicy, fruity character with sublet spice notes.
