Krug Vintage 2011 is a mature, vintage Champagne produced by the house of Krug in Reims, France. Part of Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy since 1999, Krug is considered one of the grandest of the Grande Marques. The maison was originally founded in 1843 by Joseph Krug, a German national who learned his trade at Champagne Jacquesson. This impressive release from the complicated 2011 vintage combines power and finesse in equal measure. It is an assemblage of 46% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay and 17% Pinot Meunier. It spent 10 years ageing on lees before being disgorged in summer 2022.
