Kyoto Umeshu is produced by Shoutoku Sake Brewery, which has been in business for over 300 years. Kyoto Umeshu is a relatively light plum wine, made with premium Junmai sake without any additives. Bottled at 10% ABV, it has a lovely sweet and tart profile, with notes of plums, lime and spices.
