Le Dame de Montrose is the second label of Château Montrose, produced by the same painstaking winemaking process as the Grand Vin. The 2019 vintage is a classically restrained Saint-Estèphe, a blend composed of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc. Expect ripe dark fruits, herbs and tobacco leaves, complemented by graphite notes. Available here in half-bottles.
