With its unviable reputation for sourcing some of the world’s oldest and rarest spirits, The Last Drop marks its 32nd release with its first Irish whiskey – a 32-year-old Irish single malt, no less. This limited-edition malt was produced from a selection of 1991 vintage Irish single malts, which were married and finished in a single ex-oloroso Sherry butt.
