Fattoria Le Pupille`s Piemme cuvée is made from 100% Petit Manseng in coastal Maremma, Tuscany. The grapes are harvested slightly later than usual to achieve greater ripeness and more pronounced aromatics. This is a medium-to-full-bodied white but thanks to Petit Manseng`s naturally high acidity the wine is beautifully balanced. Orange blossom, chamomile, dried orange skin followed by an oily texture wrapped in orange marmalade, ripe citrus fruits and honey.
