L`Eglise Clinet 2010

Château L`Église-Clinet was formed in the 1950s through the consolidation of vineyard parcels that were initially part of Clos L`Église and Château Clinet. The esteemed winemaker Denis Durantou, highly regarded for his contributions, assumed the role of owner-winemaker in 1983 and played a pivotal role in elevating L`Église-Clinet`s standing. Unfortunately, Durantou passed away in 2020, and his daughters, Constance and Noëmie, have since taken the reins of the estate. Each vintage of the Grand Vin typically consists of about 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. The 2010 vintage, despite a notably dry growing season with its challenges, ultimately proved to be exceptional.
