Louis Roederer Blanc de Blancs 2016 is a vintage blanc de blancs Champagne produced by Maison Louis Roederer in Reims. With more than 240 hectares of vineyards, Louis Roederer is self-sufficient for approximately 70% of its non-vintage production and 100% of its vintage Champagnes. The 2016 Blanc de Blancs was matured on lees for five years and then left to rest in the cellar for an additional six months after disgorgement. Taut and elegant with toasty citrus and stone fruit notes combined with crushed seashell minerality.
