First produced in 2006, this Brut Nature was produced as a result of the free-thinking that came out of a meeting between Louis Roederer’s CEO Frédéric Rouzaud, his cellar master Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon and the designer Philippe Starck. Produced from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and zero dosage. On the nose, notes of citrus peel, vanilla, baked apple and nougat. Juicy on the palate, with a mouth watering and mineral backbone together with ripe citrus and stone fruit character.
