Château Margaux is widely acknowledged for producing some of the world`s most sought-after wines, known for their exceptional elegance. The Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant blend is complemented with small portions of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. This rare magnum bottle hails from the 1953 vintage, which marked a brilliant year for the estate. Notably, 1953 also saw the INAO (Institut national de l`origine et de la qualité) granting approval for a classification of Graves, a decision made in response to the request of the appellation`s winegrowers` syndicate.
