Marqués de Murrieta Reserva Ygay 1973 is a mature-vintage, Tempranillo-based red wine from the Rioja region of Spain. Founded in 1852, Marques de Murrieta is one of the oldest, most respected wineries in Rioja, producing traditional Rioja wines from its own vineyards at Ygay near Logroño. The estate Reserva typically spends 18 months maturing in barrel and a further period resting in bottle before release. It is composed of Tempranillo with small proportions of Graciano, Mazuelo and Garnacha.
