Originally founded in the 19th century, Mas Cristine is situated at the southern boundary of the Côtes du Roussillon appellation, benefiting from a prime location overlooking the sea amidst cork oak trees. The soil composition includes schist, quartz, and red clay. This red blend predominantly features Syrah, complemented by smaller proportions of Grenache Noir and Carignan. It is an easy-going and versatile wine, perfect for various food pairings.
