Matar Cumulus (Kosher) 2020

A delightful red blend crafted in accordance with kosher standards, ‘Cumulus’ combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc sourced from the Golan Heights and Jerusalem Hills. The grapes are carefully handpicked to ensure exceptional quality, while fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. Following this, the young wine is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels before being bottled. The blend draws its name from the Cumulus cloud, known for its soft, billowy appearance, which perfectly captures the wine`s smooth texture and approachable medium body.
