This Malbec has its roots in the Rupestre Vineyard, nestled within a mountain range formation that dates back to the Pre-Cordillera era. Situated in the Northwest of Argentina, specifically in Salta, it thrives at an impressive altitude of 7,800 feet. Positioned equidistantly between Cafayate and Molinos, this vineyard boasts a soil composition older than that found in the Andes. It comprises volcanic basalt, granite, and sand, facilitating excellent drainage. The outcome is a unique Malbec, brimming with freshness and abundant fruitiness.
