Nicolas-Jay Estate, a prominent producer of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Oregon`s Willamette Valley, is the result of an enduring friendship between music entrepreneur Jay Boberg and Burgundy winemaker Jean-Nicolas Méo of Domaine Méo-Camuzet. The 2021 Affinite´s Chardonnay bursts with the fragrance of citrus blossom, lemon curd, and quince. These aromas gradually transition to subtle notes of river rock, fresh rain, and baked apples. The palate unfolds with minerality and wet stone, revealing flavours of lemon zest and tangy candied apples.
