Nyetimber Blanc de Blancs 2015

Nyetimber was originally founded in 1988 by an American couple, Stuart and Sandy Moss, who were inspired by the potential they saw in the South of England for producing sparkling wines of the highest calibre. Over the years, Nyetimber has garnered critical acclaim and numerous awards for its wines, which are known for their elegance and consistent quality. Crafted from the 2015 vintage and given extended time on lees, this pure expression of Chardonnay was the first cuvée ever produced at Nyetimber. Expect notes of green apple, lemon zest, orange blossom, and chamomile, with hints of baked hazelnut.
