Rare and refined, Nyetimber’s Tillington Single Vineyard comes in limited quantities and is only produced in specific vintages. Its exceptional Pinot Noir character comes from one of Nyetimber`s most celebrated vineyards and the 2014 vintage is a blend of 22% Chardonnay and 78% Pinot Noir.
Aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries are accompanied by a palate of delicate fruit accompanied by complex flavours of toasted almonds, pastry and praline. The wine balances elegance and richness in perfect harmony, with a refreshing acidity and a textured, decadent finish.
