Marjan Simcic is celebrated as one of Slovenia`s finest winemakers, renowned for his mastery in creating extraordinary wines, especially from the native grape variety, Rebula (also known as Ribolla Gialla), alongside Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. This particular offering originates from vines that have aged for approximately 50 years, thriving in the revered Opoka soil. The nose is delicate, evoking aromas of peach, ripe pear, and grapefruit, enhanced by hints of flowers and herbs, such as pepper, basil, and Mediterranean herbs.
