First introduced in 2017, Paranubes is a Mexican rum, hand-crafted in the distillery of producer Jose Luis Carrera. The spirit is made by wild fermenting the fresh pressed juice of sugarcane grown without pesticide or fertilizer. A very smooth rum, boasting subtle notes of stone fruits, mint, fresh cane juice and hints of grass.
