The grapes for this young Riesling were selected from a vineyard situated in the Frankland River region of Western Australia. Harvested during the night when the the acidity achieved a delightful equilibrium, only the pristine free-run juice was used. The wine underwent vinification at cool temperatures to safeguard the distinctive varietal flavours and aromas. The result is an off-dry Riesling, preserving the inherent fruit sugars alongside a lively mineral acidity.
