Founded in 1849, Pol Roger is one of the most prestigious grande marque champagne houses. The Maison remains family owned and it is currently in the hands of the fifth generation of the Pol Roger and De Billy families. Its portfolio includes a non-vintage brut, a vintage brut, a demi-sec, a brut nature, a rosé and a blanc de blancs. This particular release is from the 2015 vintage, and it was disgorged in July 2021. It is a vibrant, fresh expression, showing notes of white pepper, dried herbs, chalk, mint leaves and citrus fruit.
