Pol Roger refrains from producing non-vintage rosé champagnes and opts to create only a limited quantity in what they deem as the most exceptional years. The 2018 vintage displays a salmon-pink hue with hints of orange, complemented by fine bubbles. Its initial aroma presents a vibrant expression of red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, intertwined with rose petals, culminating in a delightful freshness. As it gradually warms, additional layers of complexity emerge, featuring notes of candied cherries and confectionery.
