Polugar, more commonly known as Bread Wine, is a traditional, historical form of vodka using copper pot stills and lower proof distillation which retains more flavour rather than the newer column stills distillation methods in use across Russia. The base is their standard wheat and rye Polugar which is then redistilled with fresh habanero peppers, imparting fresh delicate pepper notes to rounded base of wheat and rye bread. This works really well in Bloody Marys for that extra spicy twist.
