Made from 100% Baga sourced from different vineyards in Bairrada, this Portuguese red wine undergoes partial destemming and fermentation in amphorae [400–600 litres] with minimal extraction and extended skin maceration. Following fermentation, the wine ages in amphorae for six months. The nose is fruit-forward, evoking notes of small red plums with a touch of black pepper. The palate is delicate, elegant, and juicy, and concludes with a lingering and tantalizing aftertaste. Certified organic and biodynamic.
