Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs 2019 is a vintage, traditional-method sparkling wine from the Rathfinny Estate in East Sussex. The family-owned estate was established in 2010 by Mark and Sarah Driver, and is located on a prime south-facing slope in England’s South Downs, where the mesoclimate, chalk soil and aspect yield grapes for world-class sparkling wine. Produced from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, the 2019 Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs is is matured for 36 months in bottle before disgorgement.
