Situated in the heart of the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County, California whiskey producer Redwood Empire is led by Master Distiller Jeff Duckhorn and Head Distiller Lauren Patz. The distillery has three core straight whiskeys in its portfolio, including Pipe Dream Bourbon, made from a blend of bourbons aged 4-12 years old. It is a rich and complex whiskey, with notes of roasted pecan, vanilla, toasted wood and hints of black pepper on the finish.
