The 2021 Three Valleys is a blend composed of 65% Zinfandel, 26% Petite Sirah, 5% Syrah, and 4% Alicante Bouschet. On the nose, enticing aromas of toasty oak, strawberry jam, mixed berry pie, black tea, and baking spice come forth. The palate reveals a rich tapestry of black and blue fruits, accompanied by notes of milk chocolate, cherry, garrigue, and elegantly textured tannins on the finish. While already delightful now, the 2021 Three Valleys promises further development over the next five years.
